Working alongside knowledgeable highly regarded market experts this is an exciting opportunity which will progress into a Finance Director role over time.


Your new role
As the Head of Finance, you will report to the company partners and be accountable for the effective delivery of the finance strategy. This role will ensure the department's efficient operation, work to improve its value to the business and take responsibility and operational accountability for financial reporting, compliance and controls.

For the right person, this should be a really exciting opportunity to join and lead a finance function in a rapidly growing business with plenty of scope for further development at the business. This job offers natural progression to become the Finance Director.

Duties include: Full responsibility in delivering accurate and timely reporting results, KPI's and trend analysis.
Leading, developing a growing finance team. Provide insight to the operational performance of the business, including P&L, management costs, cashflow and balance sheet reporting. Liaising with external bodies when acquiring new businesses. Managing Tax and working capital. Overseeing and developing finance systems.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified Accountant, with proven experience in developing teams. A self starter who is ambitious to grow with the business and ultimately become a Finance Director.


What you'll get in return
Salary Guide: £80,000 to £90,000, plus bonus, private healthcare and working from home options.
