Job Details

Senior FP&A Analyst advising the senior leadership team on the strategic direction of departments. The position will involve insight, financial planning, managment reporting and forecasting.

The client is one of the largest property developers within the UK and focuses on the construction of sustainable housing.The greatest collection of the property portfolio is sustainable afforable housing and the company work with a selection of the largest property developers within the UK.

Description

The role will cover the following areas:

  • Partnering with key business stakeholder to assess current trends and provide forward looking strategic direction.
  • Present to senior leadership monthly financials with findings, analysis and insights
  • Provide ad hoc analysis on spend within the business to assess value for money, areas of savings and potential overspend and mitigations recommendations.
  • Preparation of the monthly and quartely budget and forecast for major departments.
  • Creation of financial models to capture all data points.
  • Provide commercial insight on P&L & Headcount movement.

Profile

The successful candidate will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA,CIMA or ACCA). You will need to have experience in the following areas:

  • Strong financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
  • Experience of interacting with senior business stakeholders with a commercial and operational mindset.
  • ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to create financial models from scratch and strong overall excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skill set, ability to write reports and identify key performance drivers.
  • Experience of valuation and returns experience.

Job Offer

£60,000-£65,000, 15% Bonus, 27 days annual leave, 2 days in the office with a hybrid working model.
