FP&A Analyst job, £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits
Your new company
You will be joining the HQ of a well known brand based close to Weybridge, Surrey. Whilst hybrid working is encouraged, the offices are modern with access to onsite cafe, gym and breakout areas!
Your new role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be taking on a key role with a high level of autonomy. As part of the team who oversee planning and forecasting, you will be owning month end with commentary around variances to forecast, budget and prior year. You'll be a key business partner to Operational Managers and cost centre Managers to drive finance performance, presenting data, advising and challenging. This is high profile role and you will be working with some of the most Senior Execs in the business!
What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW/Overseas equivalent), you should be a strong operator within the analytical and FP&A space. You should be a proven business partner and be confident in building relationships across multiple departments as well as partnering and challenging in a constructive way. Experience in using ERP systems like SAP are highly advantageous.
