Financial Controller job, Woking paying up to £85k, Bonus and Benefits
Your new company
You will be joining a well established organisation in the Woking area as part of the leadership team in the division. This is a brand who are growing their revenues significantly year on year and have ambitious plans to further expand into new markets.
Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director you will be taking on a key role in overseeing and leading delivery of month end, financial reporting, audit, statutory accounts as well as all statutory compliance. You will lead and oversee a small team who support in the delivery of the management accounting as well as business analysis and performance reporting. As the business is growing, you will be encouraged to drive change in process and systems to ensure the department is fit for purpose in the future.
What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), you should have proven knowledge and experience in overseeing all areas of month end activities including financial reporting. You should be confident overseeing the audit process and delivering the year end accounts. Experience with an ERP system (SAP or equivalent) would be highly advantageous.
