Description
This is Financial Management role with true breadth, supporting an enigmatic FD and leading a small, enthusiastic team in the delivery of business critical management and financial reporting.
In addition to the usual Month end activities, your team will provide a critical link with production, supply chain and commercial teams, providing them with accurate and timely information to make profitable and sustainable decisions. You will have the trust of senior stakeholders to analyse and appraise their plans and outputs, driving an ethos of continuous improvement across the business.
Finance is a valued partner to the leadership team, and this role will be key from a P&L, cash-flow and balance sheet management perspective.
Profile
You will be a qualified (or equivalent) accountant with experience in and a passion for manufacturing, you will embrace a truly wide remit and autonomous working style. An inquisitive mindset and commercial awareness is critical, as is an ability to engage effectively with a diverse stakeholder community
Job Offer
50-55k plus generous pension and management bonus
