Your new role
As part of the management team of the organisation you will be responsible for leading and developing the financial accounting, management accounting and financial operations for a successful and growing organisation. There is plenty to do in this role in shaping and developing the team and in developing people, systems and processes to ensure a first class financial services delivery to the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting skills including experience of statutory returns. You will have led a substantial finance team and will have experience of leading projects and driving change through an organisation.
