Your new company
A new Fund Controller role has become available due to company growth, working with a privately held investment and management firm based in London. Operating globally the group has affiliated offices across Europe in over 10 other countries. This is an exciting time to join a growing yet well-established business.


Your new role
An all-round Fund Controller position, you will be responsible but limited to the tasks below:

• Compiling monthly reporting pack
• Preparing financial accounts periodically
• Take responsibility for quarterly and annual financial statements including consolidated statements
• Lead on quarterly and annual audit process
• Preparing quarterly reporting to lenders, including debt covenant compliance
• Work on investor reporting
• VAT reporting
• Income tax reporting
• Responsible for tax compliance
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  Ideally you will be a Qualified Accountant with an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, you will be experienced in group reporting and consolidation and be experienced working to tight deadlines. Strong communication skills are required to work closely with internal stakeholders as well as third party suppliers.
