Your new company
Located in Central London, our client are a well known Real Estate Investment Manager involved in developing and trading commercial and residential property. A successful, Private Equity backed business currently hiring from a Group Fund Accountant to their finance team.


Your new role
A varied and challenging role, you will be responsible for accounting and reporting of Fund projects and financial control. You will act as the main contact with the outsourced accounting team and ensure accurate and timely preparation of management/statutory accounts as well as quarterly project and group accounts. A key part of this role is to assist with the preparation of Fund financial information for investors and the ability to manage complex accounting structures, VAT and UK tax matters. Other tasks will include FCA compliance, investor calls and JV reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Accountant with an ACA or ACCA qualification with experience to Manager level or post-qualification experience in industry, ideally within Property. The successful candidate will be confident in communicating with external partners and stakeholders as well as having the ability to present to senior managers.
