Job Details

Manage and lead European Finance function and drive improvements in efficiency and profitability within a front office environment

Business partner - manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to arrange and drive review meetings/action plans

  • Business partnering with multiple stakeholders - focus on end-to-end operations
  • Lead finance team - motivate and develop team of 9 whilst looking at wider planning and structure
  • Lead on Budget and Planning activities
  • Drive local projects in line with global direction and strategy
  • Point of contact for internal and external audit
  • Reporting and compliance - enforce Group Accounting standards and compliance. Ensure transparency in financial reporting and manage internal control environment
  • Optimise efficiency and drive improvements in reporting and process

Profile

  • Management experience
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Experience / knowledge of transactional finance teams
  • Audit experience
  • Shared service experience desirable
