Manage and lead European Finance function and drive improvements in efficiency and profitability within a front office environment
Business partner - manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to arrange and drive review meetings/action plans

- Business partnering with multiple stakeholders - focus on end-to-end operations
- Lead finance team - motivate and develop team of 9 whilst looking at wider planning and structure
- Lead on Budget and Planning activities
- Drive local projects in line with global direction and strategy
- Point of contact for internal and external audit
- Reporting and compliance - enforce Group Accounting standards and compliance. Ensure transparency in financial reporting and manage internal control environment
- Optimise efficiency and drive improvements in reporting and process
