Head of Financial Reporting - Real Estate Business - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - £85,000-£95,000
Your new company
Your new company is a real estate company who are part of a large international group - you will be reporting into the UK Finance Director.
Your new role
You will be managing a team of 3 accountants who are responsible for all finance reporting for the UK entities. You will have full ownership of the balance sheet, the annual financial reporting under IFRS and FRS 101. You will be responsible for improving and documenting all finance processes, and also get involved in projects and any M&A accounting.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with a strong financial reporting and audit. You will be experienced in managing small teams, and have great communication skills as you will be dealing with senior stakeholders in the business. Real estate experience is helpful, but anybody from a large corporate environment can be considered.
What you'll get in return
You will be working for a really impressive Finance Director and part of a high performing team, they really like to hire good people into this business. You will be on a basic salary of £85,000-£95,000 + Benefits and bonus. You will be on a 12 month fixed term contract that could extend or even go permanent.
