About our Risk Line of Service

The level of risk organisations need to manage today would scarcely have been imaginable, even recently. We can help clients navigate this uncertainty, changing the way they predict, prepare and respond to risk, giving them confidence to make decisions that make the difference.

Together, we can rethink risk.

Risk is fast-moving, uncertain and unpredictable. To succeed, organisations must be resilient, with the ability to adapt and emerge stronger from whatever disruption they face. We can work together to rethink our clients’ approach to risk, giving them greater insight into the challenges ahead so they can make confident decisions and uncover opportunities for growth.

We bring business and industry insight, technical expertise and collaborative ethos to help clients embrace change and build trust. Whether it’s forging stronger customer relationships, leaning into future regulation, innovating at speed or making their technology work better for them, we help clients make decisions that make the difference.

About the Team - Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

Being a trusted organisation lies at the heart of being profitable and sustainable and to earn trust, businesses must rise to the challenge of giving their stakeholders confidence not just in relation to their profitability and sustainability, but in demonstrating that they think, behave and operate with integrity and transparency across the extended enterprise. To ensure viability though, both sides of the equation need to be in balance and at PwC that's what we refer to as 'Good Business'. We understand the challenges and risks associated with achieving this and work with clients to help them manage risk, engender trust and pivot risk into opportunity. We support them to create value that is both commercial and responsible - to be a ‘good business’ that does ‘good business’.

We are scaling a significant ESG-focused practice within the Risk Line of Service. We support our clients to manage ESG related risks and create value, with services focused on ESG reporting advisory, third party risk management, risk modelling and ESG crisis and issues management.
