The Workforce Strategy & Culture team within the People & Organisation business unit are currently growing and as a result are looking for a high performing Senior Manager to help us deliver against our growth ambitions. 

Are you looking to help shape as well as deliver a broad range of services related to our client’s talent and workforce strategies coupled with demonstrable experience of consulting with clients at a senior level?  If so, this role is ideal. 

A career in our Workforce, Strategy and Culture practice, within People and Organisation services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients reimagine their talent strategies and deliver extraordinary business results through their people. We are a national team that supports clients to develop and implement their workforce strategy that will enable them to better attract, develop, retain and deploy their workforce, to ensure sustainable business growth.

 

Our services support the client through this journey from better understanding and identifying business challenges, through to practical implementation of the solution. We are looking for Senior managers to join us who have experience across a number of areas which we support organisations with, including: 

  • Understanding the gap between the skills, capacity and capability of their current organisation against what they need to deliver their business strategy (through strategic workforce planning), developing a plan to close that gap (their workforce strategy) 

  • Building an organisation of the right size and shape through effective organisation design methodologies, considering the implications of hybrid working (the combination of at home and in the office) 

  • Building a talent, learning and performance strategy in order to build capability 

  • Developing an employee experience that supports an individual's journey with an organisation, ensuring that it has inclusion at its very heart

  • Assessing and identify inclusion and diversity opportunities and develop a strategy to fully leverage them to achieve better business outcomes

  • Developing programmes to help drive behavioural change and promote a more inclusive corporate culture 

  • Reviewing purpose and the link to strategy in order to create a sustainable and high performing business.

Our clients are the C Suite in an organisation, this will typically be the CEO, COO and HRD’s who look to us to work in Partnership with them. The global focus on the Future of Work, New World New Skills and the combination of adapting to a COVID environment, and creating more inclusive and diverse organisations has really increased demand for our services - people now are at the heart of organisation strategy and many clients need our support to deliver this.

Our client base is a mix of large and medium sized organisations from a very broad range of sectors including Pharma, Government and Health Industries and Financial Services. Our work tends to focus on entities in the UK but we have international engagements too. As our work is closely linked to organisation transformation our bigger engagement tends to be in XLOS engagements with colleagues from Consulting, Strategy& and Assurance.
